Suzanne Stewart, Austin painter, has joined the blogging world. It seems such a stretch, but I would like to share some insights I have gained. My painting experiences have formed a new and exciting path. Please share your comments with me. What will survive of us is love.

CLOSING TIME
There is something beautiful in the ordinary...reflections on a long day, a good time, light flooding through the open window.
Une belle reflexion de lumière dans cette pièce, cela donne une ambiance très particulière à la toile, presque feutrée tout en étant assez fort en tons de nuances de couleurs! cath (merci de venir me voir sur mon blog)
Lovely light-filled interior. Makes me want to paint my furniture! And thank you for the painting of Monet's garden. One day I hope to experience it firsthand.
Lovely light-filled painting! Makes me think that the way you saw your scene is the way reality actually is: all protons and electrons bouncing around and hinting at solidity. Glad that you are painting and looking forward to seeing more. I forgot to tell you that I love your profile picture!

Thank you, Shirley. Saw the exhibit at the Frist. It was wonderful. Loved your painting using black to accent and define...beautiful.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful interior. The light through the windows always makes me want to grab my paints!
ReplyDeleteSuzanne, Nice job on the lights and reflections. I like how you kept everything high key. It's great to see your blog.
