Icy Memory
This from a photo of our beautiful state capitol building on a snowy day in February...I have to do something to keep a cool head. I'm quite happy with my burnt sienna underpainting as it keeps the absolute cold out of the scene.
Lovely soft light in this painting, Susanne! I like the peaceful feel it has too! Wishing the work behind the walls of our stately capitol was this peaceful!
Wow, this is how you paint with a son's wedding coming up?! You should have family weddings more often! Just beautiful and I also enjoyed those pears. We'll pear with you, don't worry :D
