El Grado

Glass bottles are so pretty. This one is turquoise crystal, long-lost tequila. There is a guy in Texas who makes it a community project to re-use bottles by making them in to glasses. The community part lets anyone come learn about the cutting, sanding, etc.

  4. A great painting, Suzanne! Very soft brushstrokes and pleasing colors. Like the verticals of the bottle and the roundness of the pear. Beautiful.

  6. Really like the gorgeous blue against the pear. Especially like the distorted and so correct horizon line seen through the glass. Sweet!
